Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or consumed goods unless there is a verifiable quality issue.
Return Process

Take clear photographs of the product, the packaging, and the shipping label immediately upon delivery to document any damage or discrepancies.

Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and the attached photos to initiate your return request within 7 days of receipt.

Our quality control team will review your claim within 48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) or confirm your eligibility for a refund.

Once approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch a fresh replacement shipment at no additional cost to you.
